  • File your 15-A form online!

    If you filed a Statement of Financial Interests (RSA 15-A) during 2023 and submitted an active email address, you will be automatically notified about filing online in 2024.

    If you are a new filer in 2024, the 15-A agency administrator for your state agency, board, commission or committee can assist you in getting signed up in the system and ready to file online.

    The deadline for filing 2024 forms for those currently required to file is January 19, 2024. After the deadline, newly appointed persons are required to file within 14 days of their appointment.
